My Order, Passes & Wristbands

  • When is the box office open?
    Box office hours prior to the event are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm CST and Saturday 9am to 12:00pm CST.
  • When is will call pick up available?
     Beginning 12PM CT on Thursday, June 4th, will Call pickup will be available at the Main GA Camping and Parking entrance during designated gate times.
  • Is there re-entry?
     There is no re-entry without appropriate wristband.
  • How Do I Get Into Friday Night’s Pre-Party?
     Any attendee wearing their Weekend Wristband will be allowed entry to the Friday night pre-party.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
     Yes, please visit our payment plan page for full details. Payment plans available for orders over $40 purchased on or before 3/29.
  • Can I pay off my payment plan early?

  • Help! I didn’t receive my order confirmation
  • Can I upgrade my pass?
     Festival passes may be upgraded at the VIP Box Office on-site pending availability.
  • Will single day passes be available later on?
     They sure will. A single day lineup will be available before single day passes go on sale.
  • Do I have to register my wristband?
     Wristband registration is required, and can be done in the Born & Raised mobile app to be released when wristbands begin shipping.
  • When will set times be released?
     Set times will be released closer to the show. Check back.
  • Can I share my wristband with another person?
     No, a single wristband is meant for a single individual and cannot be shared. Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
  • How do I get ticketing customer support?

  • Can I bring a chair or blanket inside the venue? What kind of chair is OK?
     You are allowed to bring in lawn chairs and or blankets to sit on for general admission seating.

General Questions

  • What About The Weather?
    Born & Raised is an outdoor event so please know that the safety and security of all guests is of the utmost importance. Should emergency- and/or weather-related conditions present themselves, the festival may be forced to suspend programming and/or evacuate the festival grounds (to vehicle or campsite) to provide instructions for guest safety. Those instructions may be provided by audio and/or video broadcast from the stage(s), through the festival website, mobile app & related festival social media outlets. Updates and further information (such as resuming programming, re-entry to the festival, etc.) will be provided in the same manner.

    We wish to offer the safest, most secure, & most entertaining festival experience possible, and we consider the safety and security of all festival guests to be the highest priority. Should the need arise, please follow the announcement instructions and directions of event personnel, who are available to guide you to the nearest exit.

    Born & Raised utilizes a FLAG system to alert our guests and staff of the current weather conditions. We will have flags placed at the main gate, the VIP gate, and at the main stage. Additional flags will be located in the campground as noted below:

    GA Camping – On the main light poles and entry to the concert area
    VIP Camping – On the poles by the shower house, at the vehicle entrance and across the creeks

    In the event of severe weather, there will be a public address announcement such as: “Ladies and Gentlemen, may I have your attention please. There is a severe weather event approaching. It is necessary that all persons safely exit the venue at this time and take immediate cover. Please remain calm and exit the venue in an orderly manner. Ample exits are available for everyone to exit quickly and safely so please do not run, push or shove. Once outside the gates please return to your vehicles until the storm passes.” During an emergency, festival teams will be deployed to assist with crowd flow and evacuation if necessary.

    Please follow any instructions given to you via the main stage public address, and check for related updates @BornRaisedFest “TWITTER” for further information. It is important to remember that we are in an open field and in the event of severe weather; your vehicle is your safest place to go.

  • How can I report suspicious activity?
     Please be aware of your surroundings. If you see anything suspicious or anyone acting in a suspicious manner, please report it to the nearest security supervisor or police officer immediately. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING. For festival assistance please call 918-824-2289 and a security team member will assist you.
  • What if I Need Special Assistance?
     For general information or special assistance requests for Born & Raised, please contact info@bornandraisedfestival.com or 866-310.2288. We ask that all special assistance requests be communicated at least two weeks prior to the event date to ensure that your requests can be accommodated.
  • Is the festival family friendly?
     Born & Raised is an all-ages show; however, we encourage you to leave the kids at home. Should you decide to bring a child, the child will need a festival pass.
  • Are dogs allowed?
     Service Animals are welcome at Born & Raised Festival, however, Emotional Support Animals and pets are not permitted. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  • Are there refillable water stations?
     Yes, we have refillable water stations on site. You will be permitted to bring in an empty water bottle or Bota bags for use at the refillable water station.
  • How do I request media access?

  • Can I bring my medication or insulin?
     All medical prescriptions must be in their original containers with labels that match the holder’s legal ID. Please identify yourself to security before entering the venue. Security will locate medical staff to assist you in providing a secure area to store your insulin.
  • What forms of payment do you take on site?
     Cash and all major credit cards are accepted throughout the site. ATMS are available inside the festival.
  • How do I receive important updates during the festival?
     Please download the official Born & Raised festival app for up to date real time updates.
  • Is there alcohol served at the festival?
      Yes! Any alcohol purchase or consumption will require a valid picture ID and an age verification wristband. There will be a booth onsite with staff to assist you with the age verification and ID check.
  • How do I become a food, craft or merchandise exhibitor this year?

  • I have a food allergy can I get accommodations?
     Born and Raised Festival will make accommodations for any medically based food allergy. You may be asked to provide an official doctor’s note detailing the necessity of the item.

Camping

  • What are the campground hours?
     Campgrounds are open noon Thursday, June 4th through Monday, June 8th at noon.
  • What is allowed in the campground?
     Coolers, basic camping supplies, water
    Portable electric lanterns, flashlights
    Sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, lawn chairs
    Sunscreen, first aid kit, fire extinguisher
    Small digital cameras, cell phones
    Small propane cooking stove, propane grill, or charcoal grill
    Generators are allowed, however must have a factory exhaust system that does not blow into nearby tents.
    Outside Food and Beverage will be allowed in the Campgrounds only, it will not be allowed in the Parking Area or Concert Site.
  • What is prohibited in the campground site?
     No weapons or firearms of any kind (including conceal/carry permit holders)
    No patches or colors
    No drugs and/or drug paraphernalia
    No fireworks or any type of explosives
    No campfires, No tiki torches, No open flame
    No vending of any kind allowed in the campgrounds
    No glass containers of any kind
    No box trucks, cargo vans, or boats
    No professional photography equipment
    No video cameras and/or audio recording devices
    No drones.
    No golf carts, dirt bikes, ATV’s or any other unlicensed motorized vehicle.
    No pets with the exception of service animals
    Note that all prohibited items will be confiscated at point of entry into the Festival site or campgrounds!
  • How big is my campsite?
     Your campsite is 20’x40’ and your vehicle must fit on that space. Only one car is allowed per camp site. Vehicles without the vehicle pass will be towed at the owner’s expense. NO parking on the camping roads is allowed, these vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • What services are offered for RV & Tent Sites?
     At Your Service – For portable toilet rental and camper pumping services. Call 918-272-0568. Any other company providing these services is prohibited and will be turned away at the gate.
  • Will there be restrooms and showers in the campsite?
     Yes, campgrounds have shower facilities and porta-potties.
  • Who do I contact if I have an issue while camping?
     Contact one of the camping hosts at the main festival entrance.
  • Are fire pits allowed in campsites?
     No Campfire/fire pits allowed.
  • Will there be power or electric hookups in the campsites?
     No, there is not power in the campsites.
  • Can I camp in my car?
     Yes, but it is not recommended. The following restriction will apply. Due to emissions concerns, the vehicle cannot be running while sitting in the campsite.
  • Can I buy camping supplies on site?
     Yes, we have a general store in the campground where you can buy camping necessities, ice, food and beverages.
  • I have a horse-drawn wagon, does that count as an “RV”?
     All RV’s, trailers and other such vehicles must be classified as a “vehicle made for sleeping” to enter an RV site.

What Can I Bring?

  • Can I bring a backpack? CLEAR BAG POLICY
     Permitted bag policy:
    A clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag or backpack, not exceeding 13” x 17” x 6”
    A one gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
    A small clutch bag, approximately 5” x 8” x 2”, with or without a handle/strap
    A camping chair that is carried in a storage bag will be permitted after proper inspection
    A fanny pack, no larger than 12” x 6” x 6”
    CamelBak Hydration type system with no more than 2 pockets, one for water and one for personal items*
    Any medically necessary item, after proper inspection at the entry gate
    *Camelbak Hydration systems must be brought in empty and will be visually inspected upon entry.
  • Can I bring in outside food or beverages?
     Outside Food and Beverage is not permitted in the Parking Area or Concert Site.You are allowed to bring in one empty cooler. Ice is available for purchase onsite. The cooler is allowed as a convenience to our patrons to keep their drinks cool during the event.
